UnitingCare Community| Agnes Water - is a Community Development Service, which works together with young people, residents & community groups of the the Discovery Coast - to further develop skills, build social competencies & enhance the capacity of our communities.
In addition, the service also delivers the Youth Development Grant Program - a unique place-based funding initiative, which finances local youth programs, opportunities & activities throughout the year.
UnitingCare Community | Agnes Water facebook page provides a forum for members of the public to support the work of our organisation & gain access community & service information, resources & campaigns. UnitingCare Community is unable to provide counselling on facebook, & in some cases, we may remove posts where safety, risk & privacy are an issue.
